Personal Development & Improvement… January 30, 2012

How we get these Future News Predictions

Find out how these predictions will affect you

  • Things that made you uneasy about yourself last year are still there
  • Resolutions many times are just common sense
  • Examine the cause of the setback and adjust
  • Reschedule or reset your expectations
  • Exercising more is a resolution
  • Transforming yourself requires a detailed plan of action

It’s the end of January and it’s easy to get a parking place once again at the gym. Even on Mondays, when the guilt from weekend partying sets in, you still seem to be able to get a space close to the building. By the end of January, people have lost the “resolute” part of their New Year’s resolutions. They thought that the things that made them unhappy last year would just go away once the calendar flipped over. The things that made you uneasy about yourself last year are still there and you made resolutions to correct them when you knew you should have not been doing those things all along.

Resolutions many times are just common sense. What really was required was not a resolution, but an activity adjustment. Your “resolution” wore off quickly when reality set in and you found that keeping the resolution was difficult. When you felt pain you experienced a setback and just quit.
