(NEWS proof)   How much better can a bird fly or how much smoother can a fish swim?  If they had to think about it, they wouldn’t be able to do it.  They are only focused on flying or swimming.  If you ask an animal what time it is, they would look back at you perplexed.  They only know that it’s now.  It is only now and here.  They are only in flight at the present.  Man thinks that they must have goals and things that they need to improve on.  The thing that man doesn’t understand is that time is an illusion, and with that illusion, they plan.  You can worry about the future, and try to have goals and expectations, but you will only frustrate yourself.  You can dwell on the past and it is a waste of time.  The past is only your stories that you tell others and the conclusions you make.  The problem with trying to improve and trying to get better is your mind.

QUESTION: How does the physical body relate to the now, in our current times?

ANSWER: The physical body is a reflection of how much a person assumes.  You can assume that you are overweight because everyone in your family is overweight.  You can assume that you are not smart enough or rich enough or educated enough because you have false assumptions.  It is an assumption that tomorrow is coming.  That may be a good assumption, but you can’t focus on it.  You must remain in the present and not assume that your body or state currently will be the same without refocusing on the now.

QUESTION: How much affect does being present have on the body, as opposed to over-indulging in food or other distractions?

ANSWER: Being truly present means that you do not choose to harm yourself through any means.  Give enough credibility to your present state, and then have a vision of how you want to perceive yourself in the future.

QUESTION: So if you are overweight and you are focused on your vision, and you see a piece of pie?

ANSWER: It depends on your vision of yourself.  Do you see yourself in the future as being overweight or not rich enough or not smart enough, or do you have a vision of a fit person who is not sick and who is comfortable with their finances and who is smart enough to continue the vision, or do you see yourself as not being able to change.

QUESTION: Everybody has some form of an addiction.  Can you channel your addiction toward your vision and make it positive?

ANSWER: You can have many types of addictions.  There are gambling addictions, alcohol addictions, money addictions, sports addictions, and hundreds of others.  Is your addiction a positive one for the future?  If not, then you must look at the present and decide what your future will look like if you don’t change.  If you have a positive addiction, then how are you manifesting it in the present so that you can continue it in the future?
