Creating world events to distract you. There’s always a major world event going on at any time. However, that world event that has everyone’s attention is probably not the world event that you should be focused on. The obvious one is out there as a distraction to keep you preoccupied so you don’t focus on what’s really important.
Right now the event that has everyone preoccupied is the World Cup. Even the name has reference to the fact that everyone in the world should be focused on this event. Now that the U.S. team has been eliminated, the government will be forced to come up with another distracting world event to occupy people’s attention. What the World Cup has done for weeks is take people’s attention off of the growing violence in the Middle East by ISIS.
While the World Cup was going on President Obama went from saying, “We will not be sending troops back to Iraq” to sending 300 “advisors” back to Iraq. However, these advisors look a lot like special forces combat troops. Next, he sent 300 more under the guise of protecting the U.S. Embassy and having them there in case an evacuation is necessary. If the situation is that dire that an evacuation is possible, that explains why he sent even more combat troops. The number is now in the range of 700 to 800.
Once you have that many sent back to a war zone the next step is to send thousands of troops back in to protect democracy. Democracy hasn’t worked in that part of the world for over a thousand years, so what’s different now? It’s a political, religious war. It’s my god is better than your god so you have to die. It’s basically ethnic cleansing under the guise of religion.
So, now that the U.S. is out of the World Cup competition watch for another distraction to show up that takes all American’s minds off the war zone they are headed us back to.

COMMENTARY: Have you noticed how events and holidays are non-stop. In every case these distractions are to keep you from interfering, and keep you consuming. Think about when you were a kid. There were something like five or six major holidays and maybe one or two world events per year. Now, one or more of these are happening every week or two. What changed? The only thing that changed was people buying into all this. So what do you do? Like Higher Intelligence said in this session, turn off the TV and go about your own business in a positive spiritual way.
