Society is losing it and this is why. Pick one or more: anger, fear, despair, feeling overwhelmed, or any other oppressive negative feeling.
This is what you see on the TV news every day; shootings, attacks, road rage, and more. People are attacking other people everywhere; in stores, in parking lots, at work, in their homes, in schools, families are attacking each other, neighbors are attacking each other, strangers are attacking each other – why? It’s because people have been pushed to their limit.
In past decades, especially the 1950’s and 1960’s, you never heard about this and when you did it was an anomaly. Now it’s commonplace and an everyday occurrence. What causes this?
There’s an imbalance in people that’s caused by drugs, especially pharmaceutical drugs, psychotropic drugs in particular. You never hear of anyone high on marijuana going into road rage or attacking their neighbor, only the dangerous most addictive drugs are associated with these behaviors.
Societal pressures also play a big part in people’s anger. All of this is reinforced by the media. Our outlook is that there will be much more of the same. Our prediction is due to the increase in drug ads on TV telling you how sick you are, or that the drugs you are now taking aren’t working as well as they could, and would work much better if you add this new one to your regimen. Plus, the sensationalism of violence on TV, in movies and on the news perpetuates violence. If society continues to glamorize this violent behavior, then what should you expect?

COMMENTARY: The single reason that this is all happening is stress. So the answer is to cut out the stress. This usually means you need to cut out the excess stuff and load in your life. For others it may also include cutting out some of the people in your life. It’s never been more important to clean it all out because where society is headed, you can’t afford to have it in your sacred place.
