Normal aches and pains
- The problem stems from two things
- The pharmaceutical cartels do not sell cures…
- Obsession with super-sizing everything…
- You will never be able to achieve wellness by doing the same things everybody else does
When you think your wellness is good enough, people say things like, “I have the normal aches and pains” when their doctors ask them how they feel. What if the doctor said, “There are no normal aches and pains if you are well and healthy?”
The problem stems from two things, people being able to put up with pain and knowing that they can escape the symptoms by taking pharmaceutical drugs. This doesn’t provide a cure, it could mask the painful symptoms or lessen their effect on the body, but they do not address the problem.
The pharmaceutical cartels do not sell cures, they sell management of diseases. There are no long-term profits in a cure only long-term profits when people manage their disease for their entire life. So the first thing to do if you want to gain wellness and health in your life is to make time to do the right things in order to be healthy.
Start keeping a log of how much you exercise and what you do. There’s new technology that you wear on your wrist that helps you keep track of your activities. Next, you must look at what it is that you eat. Not only what you eat, but how much you eat. Americans are shocked when they go to other countries and discover that portion sizes are much smaller than they are in America. A good example is getting an ice cream cone in Europe. You get a small golf ball size or billiard ball size scoop of ice cream in a small come. In American, you get a huge waffle cone with three or four huge scoops of ice cream. Do you think that this obsession with super-sizing everything has anything to do with super-sized people?
If you need a comparison watch travel logs from other countries and look at the people and observe what types of food they eat, especially when they go out to eat. Compare portions and types of food and you will understand the difference in the increased size of the people in America over just the last few decades. You must make room in your life to address your wellness. You will never be able to achieve wellness by doing the same things everybody else does.

COMMENTARY: When they said everything in America is super-sized, that includes vehicles, dwellings, everything inside the dwellings, and even their pets. Over the coming years, people will be forced to downsizing everything, including their intake of food. It’s the quality and not the quantity that matters. Downsizing will become very appealing as the benefits of not having all that stuff to pay for and take care of and have time to take care of your health will automatically eliminate the stress. It will all take care of itself.
